고객님 해당 주문건 관련 안내 이메일을 여러 차례 발송해드렸으나 확인이 되지 않은 것 같습니다.

해당 주문건의 경우 EMS 운송장번호 EB062693616KR로 12월 6일에 접수가 완료되었구요,

12월 11일에 미국 담당 우체국으로 도착해 배달 시도하였으나,

수취인 부재 등의 사유로 인해 미배달 된 것으로 확인됩니다.

이 경우, 해당 우체국에서 재배달을 시도할 예정인데요,

재배달이 원활하지 않을 경우엔 해당 지역 우체국으로 연락 및 방문하시어

상품을 수령하셔야 한다고 합니다.

해당 EMS 발송 추적 내역을 첨부해드리오니 참고 부탁드립니다.

저희쪽에서 이메일로 안내해드렸으나,

상품을 수령하셨는지 확인이 되지 않아 EMS 측에 행방 조사를 청구해놓은 상태이며

만약 상품을 수령하셨다면 회신 부탁드립니다. (행방 조사는 수령 확인시 취소됩니다)

상품을 꼭 원활히 수령하셨기를 바라지만

혹시나 문제가 생겼다면 게시판 또는 이메일로 연락 부탁드립니다.

First of all, I'm sorry for the delay in answering. We have sent you several notification e-mails regarding the order, but it seems that it has not been confirmed.

For this order, [ the EMS invoice number : EB062693616KR ]  We sent the package on 06-Dec-2023.

It arrived at the U.S. post office on 11 - Dec-2023 and they tried to deliver it,
It is confirmed that it has not been delivered due to reasons such as the absence of the recipient.

In this case, the post office will try to re-deliver it,
But If re-delivery is not possible, you may have to visit the local post office and take the package.

I'm attaching the tracking details of the EMS shipment, so please refer to it.
And also, we have requested EMS to investigate the whereabouts of the product because it has not been confirmed whether you received it.
If you have received the product, please reply. (The investigation will be canceled upon confirmation of receipt)

It says it delivered but in the tracking number, the latest update was 9/6th and I didn’t receive any product. Im confused. Do I just have to wait longer or just call credit card company to cancel the order.
